Hloramfenikol O-acetiltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.28, hloramfenikol acetiltransferaza, hloramfenikol acetilaza, hloramfenikol transacetilaza, CAT I, CAT II, CAT III) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acetil-KoA:hloramfenikol 3-O-acetiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
