Fotosistem I (EC 1.97.1.12, Photosystem I) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom plastocijanin:feredoksin oksidoreduktaza (zavisna od svetla).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

redukovani plastocijanin + oksidovani feredoksin + hnu {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } oksidovani plastocijanin + redukovani feredoksin

Ovaj enzim sadrži hlorofil, filohinone, karotenoide i [4Fe-4S] klustere. Citohrom c6 može da deluje kao alternativni elektronski donor.
