Ngô Sĩ Liên (吳士連) merupakan seorang sejarawan Vietnam yang hidup pada abad ke-XV, ia berasal dari Dinasti Lê.[1] Dia adalah penyusun utama Đại Việt sử ký toàn thư, sebuah tawarikh lengkap sejarah Vietnam dan catatan sejarah resmi tertua dari sebuah dinasti Vietnam yang masih ada sampai sekarang. Dalam Đại Việt sử ký toàn thư, Ngô Sĩ Liên dihargai tidak hanya untuk ketepatan catatannya tetapi juga untuk metode kompilasi yang inovatif, ia adalah penulis Vietnam pertama yang mengambil informasi untuk buku sejarah dari koleksi mitos dan legenda seperti Lĩnh Nam chích quái atau Việt Điện U Linh Tập. Sampai sekarang, Ngô Sĩ Liên selalu dianggap sebagai salah satu tokoh terpenting dalam historiografi Vietnam.[2]
